same issue for me, joined the Jump In! event and the very first game my opponent is on the play, they don't do anything, they time out but the game just stays stuck on the hourglass instead of passing to my turn.
I closed the client window thinking maybe it was an issue on my end but when I restarted Arena it just goes to a screen that says 'waiting for opponent' and I can't do anything (can't even concede). So now Arena is completely unusable to me.

Happened today during FNM@Home Brawl - Lotus Cobra Trigger on the stack when opponent conceded...stuck in game and can't escape.
