To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback

Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.




Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)

If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.

If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work

Choose the Category that describes your problem.

Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.

  1. Summarize the problem
  2. List the steps you took that led to the problem
  3. What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
  4. What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps

Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.

  1. Open the life tracker and start a game
  2. Try to remove or add life to my life total
  3. Actual: my life total didn’t change
  4. Expected: my life total goes up or down

You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

1.  What type of device you’re using
2. What version of your operating system you’re using
3. A screenshot of the issue (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
4. Whether re-starting the application and attempting the steps again solved the problem

    The locator just spins incessantly, never loading any events.
    I’ve tried narrowing and widening the search, entering a location, using current location.

  7. In Companion/Eventlink, Sealed Events with Top Draft take the Constructed structure

    When an event is created, it's natural that the rounds are calculated based on the number of attendees. Everything's fine there. The problem occurs on Limited Tournament with a Top.

    Basically, when an event has 9-16 attendees for a Limited format (Most usually a Sealed event with a draft on the top), the MTR suggests that it should have 4 rounds of Sealed and later a cut to the Top 8 with a draft. The problem is that the structure for that event with that amount of attendees, it takes the Constructed number of rounds (5 Rounds, Top 4), which…

  9. Events on home screen are shown in wrong time zone

    The new events on home screen feature is currently showing events in the wrong time zone. The time is correct once you click into the event though.

    For example, an event scheduled at 10AM CST (my local time) shows as 3 PM on the home screen.

  10. Standings from Past Event

    Hello,
    In the new Player Profile / Event History I can already see my own records (e.g. 1-3-0). It would be really helpful if we could also view the full final standings of each event there, including:
    Who placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc.
    Points of all participants
    Tiebreakers if available
    Currently, detailed standings are only visible while the event is ongoing. Once the event is finished, this information is lost. Saving the complete standings in the event history would be a great addition.

  11. Regional Currency Display

    The currency for WPN-integrated events seems to default to dollars on the Companion front page. The currency of this event is accurately listed as 249 SEK when you click on the event page, but $249 on the front page, which would be 2490 SEK.

  18. Cant login

    Can’t login to companion app. It spins for second and then nothing. I reset my password. Nothing. I deleted and redownloaded. Nothing. I am logged into Arena. It’s just the companion app. I can’t go play paper magic at shops until the app works.
