Before You Create a New Report


Before creating a new report, please enter the issue in the Issue Title field below to see if your issue has already been reported. It is a good idea to limit this to a few key words, like a device name or specific feature.

Example: webcam not found (Note: Partial words may not bring up results, we recommend to try webcam instead of cam or web cam)

If your issue has been reported already, click the VOTE button so that we know you've experienced that bug as well. You can also leave a comment if you'd like to add to the conversation about that bug or provide additional information you think might be useful.

If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Example: Logitech Camera doesn’t work

Choose the Category that describes your problem.

Use the Describe your idea field to detail what happened, and provide the following information to allow us to investigate the issue:
  1. Summarize the problem
  2. List the steps you took that led to the problem
  3. What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
  4. What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example:
Logitech C922 can’t be selected as a camera
Category: Camera Bug
  1. Open SpellTable and start or join a lobby
  2. Select the gear icon to configure inputs
  3. Actual: No input devices are detected under “Camera Source”
  4. Expected: My camera can be selected for “Camera Source”

Additional Information to Provide


You can provide additional information that can also help us perform an investigation quickly. Great information to include:
  1. The brand, model, and/or type of device you’re using (USB webcam, Android/Tablet, iPhone/iPad, etc.)
  2. The version or your operating system you’re using (i.e.: Windows 10, MacOS Big Sur, Android 11, iOS 14, etc.)
  3. Your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.)
  4. A screenshot of the issue or any error messaging received (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
  5. The last are simple checks for any camera/microphone issues you might encounter:
  • Ensured permission has been granted for your Camera and Microphone through your preferred browser: Use your camera & microphone
  • Ensured that no other programs are using your Camera or Microphone (you can find information on how to perform this check by searching online)
  • Temporarily disabling any Anti-Virus programs that might disable camera and microphone access (even if you’re already granted it)
  • Tested your camera is working with Online Mic Test

  1. Spectator link claims the room is full or it joins a game as a player

    The spectator=true link tries to join the game as a player. If the room has space it will join it as a player, if it's full it will get you "Countered" because "the room is full".

  2. The "Create Game" button on spelltable doesnt work

    I am signed into spelltable and I select "Create Game". I enter the appropriate info and click "Create". After a few moments of loading, the game creation screen fails to load and resets.

  3. Stuck in Loading Screen

    spelltable just will not load, its just sits at a loading screen indefinitely! I have tried reseting my router, reseting my computer, turning off ad blocker, clearing cashe and cookies, using a different browser and nothing is working! please help as i would like to play some magic and cant at the moment!

    The Warhammer 40k cards, Unfinity cards, AND Street Fighter cards are not recognizable by any cameras.

  5. Unable to Locate or Create a Game

    No games available, games refuse to be created, have tried across 4 players' accounts. Spelltable not working, known problem for the last 5 hours of this ticket. Trying to load an older existing room places in loading menu limbo with no end.

  6. Receiving error : Exiled

    Receiving error : Exiled - it looks like you navigated away from the page or you were removed by the host. Click rejoin to go back into the game or go to the lobby to find another game. I bought two new windows 10 computers and got the same error. It works fine on my windows 7 machines... I am the host and just testing my own room and getting exiled. Is there a setting that needs changed? Please help! Thanks

  7. QR Code Doesn't Link to Camera

    Hello,
    I have problem when Iam trying to join to the game and try to connect my audio/video via mobile phone with QR code. it directs me to the main screen of the game and not to the link where iam using mobile as camera. It happens only when iam trying to join game. If I create game it works fine. Can you pls help.

    When trying to join a game I got the same issue. I have to let it sit on joining for 10-20 minutes before it will actually connect.

    My pod finished a game before I connected.

  10. "Join Now" button is not working.

    When attempting to join a game, the "Join Now" button is not functioning properly. I have attempted this on multiple browsers. I am able to join from IOS. Below is current version of windows. I have been able to join a game previously from this device.

    Spelltable says "No games found that match your current filters" whenever i log in despite not having any filters active.
    I have tried making a new account to try and see if that fixes the issue but it has the same problem

    I literally cannot join games, I select to use my phone as a webcam, it tells me to join game for further instructions, I click the button and I just never connect after waiting hours

  14. A suggestions for WOTC/Spelltable Team, since everyone seems to be left in the cuts

    Spelltable just infinitely loads the lobby on the PC client, I know it's not my vpn, I know it's not my adblocker, I know it's not my virus protection software, I have all the same stuff on my phone and it works fine on there. I know it's not my webcam/other programs using my mic/webcam. I know it's none of the other issues listed by the other people that are grasping at straws to try and find a fix.

  17. Spelltable Login Redirect Error

    Upon entering the log-in username and password, I am redirected to the Wizards of the Coast account page. There is no way to access the Spelltable lobbies and repeating the process nets the same result. I have tried different browsers, and three different devices. All result in the same issue. Spelltable was working fine for me yesterday. Please help.

  18. Connect to server

    I am having trouble with joining a lobby and it not connecting to sever. Stays stuck on "Connecting to server". Camera works fine in pregame lobby, so the camera isn't the issue. Please let me know if this issue gets resolved

  20. Fix public lobby listing of how it counts members in a game room

    I had a game open in lobby, person 2 would join and wait, person 3 would join and leave immediately, and person 4 would join. While waiting, I'd lose a person, only 2 people in my game room

    For over 15 minutes, my game listing showed I had a full room (4 people) so I had to create a new game room to find 2 more players.

    Can the player count in lobby listings be fixed to reflect actual game room attendance?
