    If you notice this problem, immediately do a charge back on your purchases if you can. It's been three months for me and they just send automated emails like bots.

    The support team won't help you and the dev team is literally too braindead to fix it. They say it's a known issue in emails but it's not even listed on their site's "known issues". They're sweeping it under the rug.

    And definitely fill out this form if you're in the US.

    And make sure to start filing all interactions with WotC for the future.

    After 6 or so tickets to support, they eventually said they would attempt to process a refund. So, like, just saying, they CAN refund you, they just won't try to unless you hound them for months. Good luck guys.

    ^ This was wrong, they just took two weeks to say no.

    "WOTC is located in the US State of Washington. You can file a consumer protection complaint online with the Washington State Attorney General’s office at this link ( https://fortress.wa.gov/atg/formhandler/ago/ComplaintForm.aspx ). Basically complain that due to a defect in their product, you aren’t getting what you paid for, nor are you getting appropriately compensated, and you feel that is a violation of consumer protection laws."

    Just saying to everyone reading this, remember how they treated this situation. If it wasn't you this time, they'll be completely willing to sweep you under the rug the next time.

    Two months+ to fix a bug this critical is absolutely insane to me.

    I'd be fired.

    I had one ticket closed without being solved, or even getting a response on the problem. Then the second ticket I sent just linked me to this page. I'm honestly beyond insulted at this point.

    I've seen screenshots of people with similar issues that took no where near as long to solve, and they were compensated, like, 10k gems.

    Why is support this lopsided on how these cases are handled?

Feedback and Knowledge Base
