ドラフトの3パック目の12手目にパックが流れてこなくなる不具合に遭遇しました。正常なピックができないまま20分以上経っても再開されません

神河プレミアドラフトのピック中の出来事です。
3パック目、5手目終了後に次のピックが流れてこずに進行が止まるバグに遭遇し、以降のピックが正常に終了しませんでした。
数分待機しても改善せず、しかしMTGアリーナ自体はフリーズせず動いていたため、一度卓を退席し、すぐにドラフトに戻ったところピックは終了しており自動でピックされたカードがプールに加えられていました。
その時のスクリーンショットを添付しておきますのでご確認のほどよろしくお願いします。

Well it's been a month since I submitted my report for this bug and I've heard nothing yet. Are they just going to pretend this never happened and hope we go away?

Here's help to anyone whom support refuses to help,

Hello, Like a lot of people on here, I'm unable to modify my sealed deck (which I really want to do) This has been ongoing since the set came out. I've held off playing out my games thinking that the bug will be fixed sooner rather than later, especially since others have raised the problem. But weeks later and no fix in sight... Feels bad.

I can not edit my seal deck .

1. Created a deck during a sealed event, but cannot edit it.

2. Android

3. There is no edit deck icon within the sealed event window.

4. I expected there to be the deck icon to touch and edit the deck.

5. Cannot submit ticket with screenshot attached.
