    Unfortunately, Mythic Packs are false advertising because there is a chance to get a rare wildcard from them.

    You're gonna have to be more specific than that, because there's actually a lot of creatures with abilities used/cast from the graveyard. Not just the Disturb, Embalm, & Eternalize abilities, but also all the creatures with a "return to hand/battlefield" or a "pay some mana & exile this creature: do something" type of ability.

    Why should they ban Sheoldred that transforms into The True Scriptures when they're not seen that often while Sheoldred, the Apocalypse is in almost every single deck that has black as a color?

    No bug. When a spell has any number of targets, and all targets are illegal when the spell goes to resolve, it will fizzle because it has no valid targets, regardless of any other effects the spell might have.
