   While I've never seen the white at the top the other graphical problems tell me that your Arena is close to crashing and needs to be restarted.

    If the rope timer ends and the match doesn't continue it means that you have lost your connection to the game server.
    That's also why you couldn't concede: if you have no connection to the server then you can't tell it you concede.
