I'm so tired of Kotis for example. If this Magic Arena was any good I could set that I'm not interested in that, but no, we have to waste both of or out times matching me with that, the loading, the deciding **** that, then quitting.
It's like they don't even understand why Magic, as a card game, has worked. It's all about fun, mutual matchups. Yes there are more powerful cards, but this online game lacks the ability to discuss power levels if you want a fun casual game, and not be matched with another ******* Kotis (for example). In person it would be 3 seconds to say no to that, but online they really need to make a better system where it can be a long loading time before you're like this isn't fun for me.
It would be so much better for everyone involved because if they really wanted to play they wouldn't have an opponent that doesn't really care.

This is one of the main problems with Magic Arena and they better address it. If nerds want to get off on card interactions they should do it elsewhere and not waste my time.

Rezzahan dropping truth bombs all the time all the time around here. If only the actual company gave half the ***** he does about explaining basic rules.
Please fix this website and it's lack of ANY interaction from the company that supposedly runs it. He shouldn't have do do your job for you.
Come on, most companies have somebody doing what he does. Who knows and loves magic and keeps this website from being clogged up with the useless complaints. Give him a gold ******* star or something and try to be more like Rezzahan.
Be honest, you can afford to not let this website not turn in to an unmediated ***** fest.
It's a real bad look that an average player can run circles around Wizards and show everyone how much they're dropping the ball.

I don't think that would work. People might throw a games if they want to re-try until they get the perfect draft, and that would really just go against the whole concept. It would be much simpler to just lower the costs.
Let's be clear here, you are gambling and not entitled to recompensation. With your time you spent playing to earn your way in or literally just purchasing it. The problem is the costs to enter are just too high. When I got rent, food, gas, etc. I ain't paying that much for a digital tournament, or forgoing guaranteed packs so I can, you know, collect cards in a collectable card game.

Purchase? **** that. There's enough ways to spend money in this game, so locking a quality of life improvement being a paywall would just be ******.

Yea if they want to increase engagement with paper magic it's a big swing and a miss from me. Between the toxic players and the way everything requires more money to be competitive I ain't touching an in-person magic event with a ten and a half foot pole.
If they wanted Magic Arena to be an inclusive introduction to Magic as a paper card game they are failing. I don't want to be around and event where I meet either someone trying to fleece me or a try hard who's been playing longer than you, and they can rub that in your face with some ******** FOMO avatar, companion, or sleeve.

If you've collected it it doesn't show up in daily deals. It's an error otherwise. Older players have reported seeing nothing for the day if they've already collected all offerings.

They have been proactive in the past at banning cards deemed offensive, and did attempt to get away from things that suggest any real world races or religions, so I have to ask, what is it that you find offensive and maybe we can start a conversation about that as if I should be more mindful of certain terms or themes I run in to but aren't aware of?

I like when Midweek Magic levels out the playing field a bit. This one really didn't. Bunch of same old decks I still can't afford. Tossing out Badgermole Cubs and I'm like why even try against someone with 10 times the resources I have.
