5 turns w/o drawing a land in a deck that's 1/3 mana. What are the odds? It would be one thing if the initial draw consistently reflected the %ages, but that doesn't either. Naturally, my opponents rarely suffer similar restrix... #StopCheatingThePlayers

Out of a dozen games today, I've consistently drawn <1/2 the land my opponents have, WITHOUT any ramping cards on their part [otherwise, worse.] Since I know they're not playing decks that are 60% mana, because they're matching me card for card & wiping the board with me, I can only assume that this is part of the new abuse. If you don't want me to play any more, just say so. You don't have to penalize me & blatantly favor my opponents; that's just chickensh!t passive aggressive b.s. #StopCheatingThePlayers

...but until you fix the craptastic deck shuffler so that mana droughts/gluts are not a constant occurrence, I just can't anymore. Everyone I've tried to get involved has basically stopped playing, & I'm next. C'ya, wouldn't wanna be ya!

Losing 10 games out of 12 because of **** shuffler mana drought/glut issues is tedious. Had one good game, one game where my opponent was hosed by the shuffler, and then everything else was opponent getting perfect draw, me getting sh!t. Seriously, if you can't lift a bit of standard randomizer code from decades of programming literature, how pathetic are you?

2 lands in my initial draw [the standard statistically low draw for a deck that's over 1/3rd mana], then no 3rd land for 6 turns, and no 4th land until turn 12 [forfeit; I was dead on my opponent's next turn anyway.] Thanks for the perfectly tedious game, that I almost managed to pull out of my @$$ despite the horrifically broken shuffler! You might try fixing that some time, when you have a chance. Only if you expect Arena to keep growing, mind you: if you just don't care if it withers on the vine, go ahead & leave it borked while the players move on to something more exciting & with a bigger fan base, like, I dunno, Fortnite?

Can't play w/o mana. Funny how my opponents rarely seem to suffer from this... I guess they $pent more on the game? Seriously, fix this, it's annoying.

The game is not fun if you consistently cannot play or suffer a continuous string of defeats due to the broken deck randomization mechanism or by being matched against other players whose decks are given perfect draws while your deck draws statistically unlikely combinations of ****. A game where you utterly dominate an opponent because you can see they're getting hosed isn't fun for the winner, either. Just in case you hadn't noticed, you're in the business of delivering fun. Fix the broken shuffler & #StopCheatingThePlayers.

Quick loss today, 6 turns in, never drew a land in a deck over 1/3rd mana. This should be a rarity instead of the norm, Fix it.

Since it's becoming clear that you're using the mana drought/glut "feature" to throw games, how about using it to handicap the Shrine/Gates Ablaze decks everytime they come up, instead of giving them perfect draws and strangling whomever is playing against them? Seems fair to me, since nothing about the borked shuffler is fair to anyone else...

I figure the only way to push something thru this useless "Uservoice" bug reporting system you clearly ignore is by inundating it with new requests, so here's today's suggestion that you address the broken deck radomization scheme you have so that players don't get continually screwed by mana droughts/gluts. Here's a radical idea: when shorted mana on an opening draw, have the deck balance recalculated so that the statistical likelihood reflects the *new* balance given the reduction by 7 cards of say 2L/5S [lands/spells, obviously] so that the total land ratio in the remaining deck is now higher & therefore a player is more likely to draw another land in say, the next 5 F!CKING TURNS!!!

I shouldn't view it as a rare occasion when I have mana parity with an opponent (as it is now), vs. the usual 2x or frequently 3x mana advantage they enjoy. I *know* they aren't playing decks with over 1/3rd mana like I am.

I *know* he's not playing even as much mana in his deck as I am, because he's drawing creature & spell cards as fast as I am too! FIX THE G!D! BROKEN SHUFFLER NOW!

I cannot play this game if my opponent consistently gets 2x or 3x the mana I do! No land ramping, just straight play, and I'm stuck holding cards that require 3 or 4 mana because your $!%@$YWE^Q$@#EWRTDHT deck shuffler won't give me land after my initial (sub-statistical) draw! MY DECK IS 1/3RD MANA, THERE IS NO F-!NG WAY THIS COULD HAPPEN 5 GAMES OUT OF 10 IN REAL LIFE!

Working on the idea that going 1st leads to mana drought issues; I consistently go first [way more often than coin toss stats would generate] and consistently run into inadequate or nothing but mana draws. There needs to be a "re-shuffle at will" option for a player who is running into problems with your broken deck randomization!

7 games in a row where my opponents get perfect draws, and meanwhile I'm left waiting for mana, or get nothing but & left crying for creatures. My opponents can consistently play 7 color decks and I can't get a 2-color, & sometimes even a 1 color deck off the ground! Good heavens, when are you going to fix this?!? Something stinks of bad code here...

The on-going issues w/ the deck shuffler are widespread and unresolved. Why is it so bad? Why do non-standard (slow or colorless) lands turn up all out of proportion to their %age makeup of the deck? Why are mana droughts & mana gluts the norm, instead of only occasional occurrences? Why can't you fix the problem instead of losing players who've lost enthusiasm for the borked product?

I realize that the reason you switched to this new format of bug reports is so that you can ignore the majority of them w/o having any employee time spent on at least recording them, but I thought I'd file yet another input on how dysfunctional your card randomizer remains. 6 turns in & I still hadn't drawn another land beyond the (below avg) initial draw of 2 lands in a deck that's over 1/3rd mana. FIX THIS ALREADY!

Deck is over 1/3 mana, yet games follow only 2 patterns: either 80% mana draw or 10% mana draw, with the latter being more usual. WTH is wrong with you guys that you can't fix this on-going issue? Everyone I know who plays Arena complains about this, so I'm certain it is a well-known issue.

Since the release of Ikoria, the already too frequent need to mulligan has skyrocketed. Could this be related to the problem with the color rotation on familiars? Since Ikoria, the 1st time you rotate colors on your familiar, it shows the whirlwind animation, but stays the same color [red, in the case of the embercat that is my choice] until you click it a 2nd time, whereupon it starts rotating thru the available options properly.

Decks are all over 35% mana, with only a negligible fraction slow lands. I should be drawing 2.5 lands on average in my starting hands, yet I have to mulligan more often than not due to only 1 land in my initial draw. I should be drawing a land every 3rd card, on average, but most games I'll go 5 or 6 draws in before drawing a land. If I *do* draw one before that, it is usually a slow land. Naturally, I lose the game often for lack of mana, while my opponents rarely suffer from the same problem, despite the fact that they seem to be drawing a land only every 4th card, based upon the frequency with which they play more lands by the time I finally start drawing mine. Why is this a regular occurrence? I don't know what you need to do to fix it, as I'm not a programmer. But your card shuffling algorithm NEEDS FIXING!

Something is wrong when I consistently have only one or no land in the 5 cards drawn when I play Cavalier of Thorns [which has its own issues btw: mythic rare, only 1 in a 250 card deck, yet it comes up WAY more than some of my more common cards] IN A DECK THAT IS >35% LANDS! With that much land in my deck, I should consistently draw 3 or 4 lands in my opening hand, should pull a land on avg every 3rd card, and only need to mulligan ~ one out of every 10 starts. HAH! And mulligans? If I'm forced to mulligan, my next draw is better than 50% odds I should mulligan again [don't do it! You start the game w/ only 5 cards, you'll lose, guaranteed...]

Why hasn't this card been banned yet? It wouldn't be so broken if it was a disposable plainswalker [ie, no "+LP" option] but since it is a game winner as soon as it comes out unless you're playing Black or Red _and have an instant IN HAND capable of dealing with him_, well, it should never have replaced the old Ugin which just rotated out, which was a truly well thought out card. BAN THIS F!#$%$^#% CARD YESTERDAY!
