Hi guys!

Issue happened in the premium draft game where I already had 5 wins and 2 loses series.

On the second and third turns, game jumped to the opponent's upkeep straight after my land drop phase w/o giving me a chance to play a card.

This lead to the game loose.

I had a combo-bombo on my hand for the 2nd turn (Jace reawakened + kellain the kid) which was not played due to bug), so this game would likely end up in a win.

I'd be glad if you return the gems price for this draft as a refund for the bug.

I was in my Main phase 1.
1. I summoned a creature.
2. I cast an instant spell. And I have more mana to cast my other spell.
3. Your product simply jumped into the opponent's Upkeep phase.
4. How and why?
5. Your product does not do this first time. It was the tenth or more occurence.
6. That ruined my game again.
7. This is very disappointing.

Game skipped main phase 2 despite 2 open mana (including green), Return to Nature in hand, and desire to exile a Polkuranos after combat. Game also progressed so quickly was unable to put hold on opponent's draw step to exile the Polkuranos, resulting in a close draft game becoming a quick game loss.
