An error occurred while saving the comment ilovebraisedmeats#57802 commentedThey had to have had something that prevented them from losing the game at 0 life or below, like Phyrexian Unlife, Platinum Angel, or Book of Exalted Deeds on an Angel or changeling land. Screenshots are always key to figuring out whether or not something is truly a bug.

6>5.

Also, the play/draw algorithm has been proven a multitude of times over the years to not be (a) broken, (b) targeting specific players, or (c) dependent on rank.

An error occurred while saving the comment ilovebraisedmeats#57802 commentedYou are playing in the top tier of commanders. Brawl matchmaking is weighted by power level. If you are seeing these commanders regularly, then you are either playing one of those commanders or a similarly powerful one. I play many different commanders regularly and I can't recall the last time I've seen any of the ones you've listed here.
The system is honestly quite popular within the community and is working as intended.

An error occurred while saving the comment ilovebraisedmeats#57802 commentedHonestly this is one of the hottest and worst takes I've ever seen for Arena. You want more casuals to play the game and have fun by REMOVING their rewards? ... Think about that for a second. You want to make it so the only way for casuals to be able to earn new cards is by playing in ranked ladders. lol
The unranked queue is - yes - for brewing and having fun. It is also for testing decks before risking your rank on the ranked ladder. Here's a way less hot take, as well: Some people want to play strong decks but don't like a competitive playing environment. And this is perfectly reasonable.
This is a non-issue.

An error occurred while saving the comment ilovebraisedmeats#57802 commentedFatal Push can legally target any creature at any time. However, because of the way it's worded, it will only actually destroy the creature on resolution is its cmc is 2, or if it's cmc is 4 and you've had a permanent leave your side of the battlefield during that turn.

An error occurred while saving the comment ilovebraisedmeats#57802 commentedCertain cards prevent actions on your opponent's turn. Myrel is a big one that comes up here often. Many cards also specifically shut down artifacts from activating. Always take screenshots of the battlefield and provide them here before declaring with certainty that something is bugged.

An error occurred while saving the comment ilovebraisedmeats#57802 commentedNo one is "stuck" with a toxic player if they can't lose the game. If they have used Book of Exalted Deeds on their creature land and you can't destroy it, you lose and you should concede. The only person being toxic here is you by not conceding a game you can't possibly win. See it from their point of view and it's easy to see the pot calling the kettle black.

An error occurred while saving the comment ilovebraisedmeats#57802 commentedThis is a non-issue. If you play against the non-damage poison deck, you just need to kill them. So many of their cards don't interact with creatures that the deck is virtually non-competitive against anything capable of winning by turn 7. And if your deck can't win by turn 7, you should be playing counterspells. lol
Or play Melira.

An error occurred while saving the comment ilovebraisedmeats#57802 commentedScreenshots are always very helpful when determining if a bug is really a bug. Your opponent could have had Defense Grid or some type of effect that doesn't let you cast spells on their turn.

Honestly, the only thing even worth considering here is Oko, and even that is a stretch. Games can and do end on turn-2 in this format. Things like DRC are just filler cards in most decks in support of more powerful cards.
