Card combo forces draw instead of giving user a loss
If a player chooses to deck themselves out with Amalia and Wildgrowth Walker, they should get a game loss for creating an unbreakable loop, not force a draw.

The rules of the game disagree:
727.4. If a loop contains only mandatory actions, the game is a draw. (See rules 104.4b and 104.4f.)
