    Yep, exactly the same for me.
    I sent two emails, basically they just say "too bad, we won't help you whatsoever, just delete your account and restart from scratch with 0 cards".
    They don't even say sorry. It's infuriating.

    This happens to me everytime my wifi box loses internet signal so probably your problem is just your internet connection.
