I keep wining in rank limited & constructed but it still says unranked. There's no progression! Please help

I won the game but instead of being credited a step forward i lost a step.
The previous game never started and was able to cancel and reqeue after 2 mins wainting

今月も安定のバグ発生。もう仕様だと思ってる。
日本語だとサポートに通じてないのかな？

This bug appear at 1st day in every month. I use MAC.

勝ったのにランクが上がらない、ランクが下がるといったこと起こりました。

I've lost 2 point in ranked after winning a normal game.. is unfair

Basically what Rushian San said. If I play in ranked, then play in unranked, after each game in the play queue I see the result of the last ranked game I played.

3月1日。また下がるようになった。新しい月になると発生するようです。明日になれば治るのかな？？

My limited rank never changed, no matter how many games I won??? Pls solve this Problem. For example, I won 7 games in Sealed and all 3 games in classic draft and my limited rank is still Bronze 4 with an exclamationmark "Du musst in dieser Saison eine Partie spielen um deine Saisonbelohnung zu erhalten"

翌日にランクが下がるのは起こらなくなったのだが、下がった分、ランクを上げてもらえませんかね？

Playing normal "play" as in unranked. Win a game and my rank goes down! This keeps happening and my tiers are not being restored after reporting it. Please fix and restore - thank you

when the game finish, if I was playing an unranked game, the last ranked result repeat on screen... for example... now, my last result was my upgrade fram gold 3 to gold 2... I was playing a brawl game, and see it again... this occurs several times...

Play in "Play" non ranked - won the game and Ranked me down.
Give me back my ranking!
How is supposed to test new decks?
and the most ridiculous part is I'VE WON!!! and ranked me down

So, I just lost a rank by winning in a bot match, where I just wanted to test a new deck idea...
This is awful, please just get that corrected!

I play Traditional Draft and I all win, then I look at my personal stats and my design rating is lowered as if I lost everything. In contrast, I won everything.

I just noticed this when playing the Festival: on the Edge event I had two wins in a row and lost 2 ranks pips., lovely for something you pay for!

I just won a game after testing a deck on the "Play" game mode and lost a rank wtf?

play any ranked game, can be construct or draft. after playing a ranked game, seek a normal match, without being ranked. If you win or lose this normal match it will change your rank in the last ranked match you played. If you played draft and lost a normal game, you will lose rank in the draft, if you played a built game and lost in the normal game, you will lose rank in the built. I lost 2 ranks in the built and 2 in the draft playing normal game. The correct thing would be for the normal game not to change its rank. i play on a pc with windows 10
