An error occurred while saving the comment Evu#00213 commentedWelcome to Magic! I'm not discounting the possibility of bugs in the beginner sessions, but here are some things to check for when this stuff happens:
Even if the computer's creature didn't naturally have haste, did it temporarily gain haste from another source? Did the computer cast an instant or sorcery on it that gave it haste for the turn, or did they have another creature or enchantment that granted it haste?
If you can't block, does the attacking creature have an evasion ability like Menace or Flying? Did your opponent cast a spell or use an ability that prevented your creature from blocking this turn? Does your creature have a drawback along the lines of "this creature can't block alone"?

It looks like you're still in the "Declare Attackers" step. Ninjutsu can't be used until the "Declare Blockers" step. Before then, creatures are not considered either "blocked" or "unblocked" (see CR 509.1h).
