I save my deck with the current Standard allowed version, yet the game loads the version that isn't allowed. I can swap them out and play immediately, but as soon as anything changes, the version retrieved from the server becomes the wrong one again.

Recebi dois decks novos e não consigo utilizá-los. Aparece um erro nas cartas que estão nos prints. As duas cartas não deixam eu utilizar os decks e o jogo impossibilita de tirá-las do deck.

I had the same thing happen to me. I closed the application and opened it back up and my DECK WAS REMOVED.

Happened to almost all of my decks, around 15.
I have to rebuild them, then they work.

I had the same problem but when I took the mirage basic lands out it fixed the problem

I had the same error. Changed my Basic Lands from Mirage to something else and it worked.

Your deck have basic lands of Palm tree symbol?
