How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  4. Store Error - Internal Error (Strixhaven Release)


    • Redeeming code: PlayStrixhaven worked, but did not yield any booster packs..

    • Buying cosmetics in store leads to error: Store Error - Internal Error

    • Buying mastery pass lead to error: Store Error - Internal Error, but a check mark is visualized in the master pass tree?!

  5. The store

    Everytime i try to access the store Arena stays stuck on the loading page "Waiting for the server". I waited more than five minutes then decided to close Arena in order to come back to the home page.

  6. Didn’t receive my strixhaven bundle

    I got the mastery pass thingy but not the draft tokens or sealed tokens or professor onyx card.

    It shows I have unopened items in my packs but when I click on it there’s nothing there

  7. Cannot Download On Supported Mobile Device

    Hello,

    It says my device isn't compatible....I have a note 10+ 5g. I meet all recommended specs so I'm confused as to what's going on. I have been waiting for the mobile version for years and I even double and triple checked my phone would work with the specs provided and it most certainly does. Could you please let me know if this is a bug or if my phone somehow doesn't meet the requirements.

  8. Redeem code PlayStrixhaven does not worked

    Redeem code PlayStrixhaven does not worked. I insert it and it was said that it worked. But when I go to check the boosters, there´s no boosters there. Then, I tryed to reedem again and it failed. I checked the log, and it said there that I already reedemed the code.

  10. Nahiri sleeve missing

    I prepurchased the Zendikar bundle before Sept 17 and received the Jace and Nahiri sleeves. After the patch and after modifying my decks, I noticed I don't have my Nahiri sleeve anymore.

    Please help!

    I do see two "default" sleeves - One next to the Jace sleeve. Is this supposed to be the Nahiri one and is it glitched?

  11. waiting for server - shop

    The mtga client works fine except for the store tap.
    Each time I try to enter the shop the client gets stuck in black screen waiting for the server. All other functionalities work as they should.

  12. Promo Sleeves Missing

    The Strixhaven promo sleeves for each College (unlocked with "RockJocks," "DebateDuelists," etc) were unlocked and available to me PRIOR to Strixhaven's release, but now that it's out, they've changed back to regular default sleeves, and the codes are no longer useable to try and re-access them.

  13. rewards missing, strixhaven mastery pass, store

    Dear arena team,

    after todays update for the Strixhaven set release I saw several errors.
    1. I tried to buy the mastery pass using gems but received a Store error message: unknown error. The gems did not reduce, I did not receive the base rewards (pet, sleeve), but with mastery level 2 I received a mastery orb. Game restarts did not change anything. Receiving more mastery levels didn't either. I cannot try to buy the mastery pass again. Using the mastery orb lead to a game crash. Or is it possible I have the mastery pass without losing the gems…

  15. playstrixhaven code didn't give me 3 packs

    I entered the playstrixhaven code in the MTGA store a few minutes ago. But I didn't receive any packs. I should've received 3 strixhaven packs. Please fix this.

  16. Server connectivity issue store

    Long loading time when opening store. "Waiting for server" spinner spins forever (i manually aborted after 10min)

  17. MTGA store doesn't load

    Whenever I try to access the MTGA store in the game client, it does not load and just continues to "waiting for the server...". It does not stop loading and does not show any error.

    Steps done:
    1. Restart mtga, open store, same issue, "Waiting for the server..."
    2. Reinstalled mtga, open store, issue not fixed.

    Is there an issue in accessing the mtga store? Please fix it ASAP!

    I cant buy gems because the screen with the payment options only appears as a white rectangle, stays stuck there and i have no option of payments avaialble

  20. strixhaven packs not showing up to open after obtaining

    I should have gotten packs from the first level of mastery and PlayStrixhaven code, but neither show up in the Packs tab to open.
