How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

unable to make purchases mac OS
Unable to make purchases on Mac OS running Arena through Epic Games Launcher. Clicking on price to purchase any item results in the client endlessly hanging on the "Connecting to Server" screen - the only way to kill it is to exit the client.
The 1-2 year old reddit suggesting running the client and Epic Games Launcher at the same time as a fix doesn't work.

this mtga announcements article stated that Special Guests are supposed to replace a common slot for store packs.
However, both in my experiences with regular and mythic packs the special guest replaced the rare slot.found this was also being experienced by others like in this reddit thread

Retro fetchlands MH3 not showing as purchased
I purchased the MH3 Retro Fetchland cosmetic bundle, it shows in my collection as available, but I have to spend wildcards to use the Retro or new Enemy Fetchland cosmetic even though I already own the fetch land?

Daily Deal packs do not give Golden pack progress
I play on Android, the game is up to date. Today's special in the store is a MoM pack at 10% off. I bought one, expecting to get 1/10 progress towards a Golden Pack, but instead I remain at 0/10. The prompt under the Golden Pack progress bar says that progress can be earned by purchasing packs from one of the latest sets, including MoM. There is no indication that a daily deal pack is any different from a regular one in this regard. Please increase my Golden Pack progress as advertised.

Waiting for Server in the Store
I cannot purchase anything from the store because it get stuck on "waiting for server." I'm on a Mac and it seems like this has been an issue for years...

Asking for gems to spend ticket in modern horizons store
I visited the new modern horizons store tab and it asked me to send about £15 worth of gems before i can spend my tickets. This is clearly a bug as we were led to believe that this would be some fun thing to do to get us to play more and celebrate the release of modern horizons 3. Only the most scum bag, greedy company that hates and nickle and dimes their players would do this, so i suggest making it free like intended before anyone gets the wrong idea about Wizards of the Coast. Arena Store Unusable on MacOS
Every time I try to purchase anything with real money (not gems or gold), it displays "Waiting for Server" and I cannot do anything. I have to restart Arena to do anything. I was able to log into Arena on my Iphone and make purchases without any issues. So this bug is specific to the MacOS. All software is up to date.

LOTR prerelease boosters lost after update
I redeemed LOTR prerelease boosters code last weekend. Six boosters was shown locked in the Packs section. After todays update boosters had disappeared and now the store says the code has been used.

Can't Purchase Gems in Steam Version of Game
I recently switched to the Steam Version of the game so that updates would be managed by the steam client. Since doing so, however, I am no longer able to purchase gems.
I have already confirmed that the Steam In-Game Overlay is enabled both in the Steam General settings and for Magic Arena specifically. My steam wallet has a payment method linked as well.
After clicking the price on the "Confirm Purchase" screen, the screen returns back to the store, and nothing else happens. There are no errors, or any feedback given. I have attached my log, which seems to…

Missing Fetchland Style after purchase
Purchased fetchland card styles with gems. Showed in collection briefly, then disappeared. Doesn't show on any platform.

cannot pre-order from the in-game store > featured section
Issue description: You cannot preorder items from the In-game Store -
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Launch the game on Steam
2. Open the store tab > featured section
3. Find a pre-order item in the store (e.g. the "Sorin Pack Bundle") and click
the priceExpected Outcome: Steam window opens

Cannot buy anything from store it just freezes. Mac
I am trying to buy new Modern Horizons but it freezes after i click on buy and does not respond. Need to manually quit out of game. Have tried re-installing and everything and still no luck. Help!

Cannot purchase planswalker bundle
I cannot buy a Planeswalker bundle via PC platform. When clicking on the price button -> confirm purchase and Price button again, the page goes into "waiting for the server" and never comes back. I cannot exit this "thnking" page, but i clic esc button, I see in the background it goes to the settings menu, but cannot click on any thing. If I click esc again, goes back into the store (always in the background, with the "waiting for server" on the main page.

Paying 2800 gems to START shopping is horse s**t.
Making people pay for the ability to shop is predatory, and super douchey. Be better than that.

Can't buy pack from daily deal
Cannot buy booster pack from today's daily deals (07/21/2023). When clicking the button, nothing happens. I'm on PC client.

BUG Cannot purchase Preorder Items in store.
Every time I try to purchase any of the Bloomburrow preorder Items, I get stuck with the "Waiting for the server" animation and have to force quit MtGA.

Horizon Hideaway Shop Options Disappear
I only ever bought 1 MH3 pack from the Hideaway, but now the option to buy any is completely gone. I also can't get any mythic cards even though I purchased 0 of those so far. I bought the draft token, some avatars, sleeves, and one pack.
Also the normal support ticket intake appears to be broken. Is this going to be seen by anyone? Should I contact support? I wouldn't have spent gems on this if I wasn't getting more than one pack out of it.2 votes
