PC & iOS - same error message. Like others, I tried the suggested fixes - no dice.

After the updte of 12/12/2023 on PC/Android i cant log in my acc. I don't know. I testei even on my friend PC.

Same here, across platforms and after reinstalling. Definitely server or program side.

I tried Epic, Steam, and a straight Windows install with no luck, then deleted all the folders I installed them into and tried again. Restarted multiple times. Tried turning off my antivirus, did everything the useless website said and still NOTHING. Does Wizards care? No. They just fired 1100 of their own people, some, very likely from the Arena team. I have no faith they will fix it either so I guess that's several years of my life, money and entertainment down the drain.

I am also experiencing this error. I have deleted the game and reinstalled 5 times on my android and also 5 times on my computer. Same error every single time. I normally play every single day, this is really upsetting that wizards is not acknowledging this error.

This all start for me yesterday (December 22 2023) and I can’t use arena neither on my computer or my phone it seems to be a server issue on Wizards end. As well admins please don’t just tell people go to the support pages you have. They don’t have solutions to the problem most likely these are bots but please give us actual support. I’ve reinstalled the app and the issue persists I’ve read some mention of deleting a manifest file fixed the issue I’m probably going to try that later today but with so many people dealing with this bs wizards has to make a patch to fix it or at the very least an apology to acknowledge the problem.

Same here. Uninstalled and reinstalled on the PC and tried installing on my iPad... nothings worked.

Also stopping me from logging in on Windows. Reinstall did not work, editing proxy settings did not work.

Unable to log in on IOS since update. IOS is current, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Does not work on WiFi or cellular data.

I've tried everything and nothing works. So much money I've spent lost basically.

This is the first time a bug like this has even affected my device. I don't understand how they could overlook something like this. Tried everything I could, but alas, no progress.

I got same error message on PC, Android, and iPad. I uninstalled and re-installed MTGA but this problem was not solved.
