My screen froze during card collection, I tried to restart the game several times to try to get back to the draft but it ended up not solving it.

Frozen screen, could not select cards and ended up with a random deck. Demanding a refund of a draft token.

Frozen screen during a draft, could not select cards and ended up with a random deck, i could only serlect 12 cards on first round. Demanding a refund of a draft token.

I was playing the draft and a message "waiting for the server" appeared on the screen, it took while to come back to normal, and sent me to the home screen, and when I tried to go back to the match, I got my third loss, what can you do about this?

I was playing a lord of the rings draft for the third time and have had issues all three times.
I have never experienced issues before
In this last draft I made 4 picks but only my first pick showed up and the person to my right passed two additional packs to me but I never saw them. It completely froze
In my first draft I got card packs that were clearly the wrong number of cards I.e. I got passed 6 cards, then 3 cards, then 5 cards, then 3 cards all when I had no packs waiting.
In the second draft I got passed a pack with the timer only having 10 seconds left on it two times.

Freezes and can't progress

Third time in a few days, is it worth reporting bugs? Seems that mtg Arena staff doesn’t pay any attention to customers…Every draft is a problem but I’m not receiving any answer.

It happened again today, two Times in three days…no answers from mtg Arena staff, neither gems refunded…

My quick draft match was frozen, I couldn’t do anything so I restarted mtg Arena and found one more loss. This isn’t the first time. Would like to have my 750 gems back.

After the update, i just payed 4000 money to start a cube draft and never see a card

Após ter congelado, fui reiniciar o MTG Arena para ver se seria resolvido, entretanto ficou nessa tela de "Waiting for Opponent..." e não sai. Na imagem mostra o tempo de espera, que está fora do normal.

Draft stuck twice on picks I lost 8 cards

Yesterday I had to restart the game twice in the premier draft card picks, I couldn't choose my favorite cards, interfering with the deck assembly, interfering with the game experience this happened at 20:30 p.m.

Happened to me twice in the past week, both times around pack 1 pick ~9 my client freezes and I am forced to reopen the program and my missed picks were autoselected. This is ruining my motivation to draft the new set because 20% of my draft decks are ruined from this bug.

Current draft froze and previous draft wouldnt let me pick the rare from pack 2. Absolutely horrid.
