At 2022/05/09 18:30 JST, same trouble was happened when I joined New Capenna premier draft. It makes me cannnot picking any cards by freezing it’s state. I have a hard time separating this terrible bug with waiting others! It looks like interrupted not only me but also others picking cards.

My 4th pick was ignored and draft freezes.
Not able to exit game. Only Alt+f4 helped.
A catch last pick from first pack

Draft froze on pack 1 pick ~5, auto-picked until end of pack 2. Haven't played any games and would like a refund.

I am playing on Windows 10, I was playing draft when the game froze at pack 3, pick 5. When I realized it was a bug, I restarted the game but the game had auto picked the others cards. It is very frustrating not to be able to draft until the end.

Stuck on waiting for player. Waited 15min and reopened the client.
Now draft is finished and my pool was auto-picked and is junk.

My client froze during the draft as well. Auto-picked the last pack when reconnected. Hope to get a refund.

Froze after Pack 1 Pick 6. By the time I realized and restarted Pack 1 was finishing.

Same as everyone else. My draft froze near the end of pack 2 and by the time I realized the problem and restarted the client, I'd missed most of pack 3. Can I please get a refund. Thanks.

My draft frozen on p1p5, the card was not added to my deck or sideboard. Card in question was the 2/3 flyer with connive, I dont remember the name. I basically ended up missing my entire draft as a result because I wasn't sure if I should alt f4 or not. Would really appreciate if I could get my draft entry (coins) refunded

I could interact with picked cards during a draft (I could move them from my main deck to sideboard), but had no idea that the draft was progressing without new cards being shown to me to pick from. It felt like awhile then I reloaded the client and found that I was 5-10 picks past where I was before.

end of pack 2 in premier draft and picks stopped displaying didn't realise that the game froze and by the time I restart client and went back into draft was on pack 3 pick 5 and had missed a large chunk of draft and ended up with terrible cards. (more so than my normal drafts :) ) Can I get a refund for draft so I can make bad picks myself.

Also had my draft frozen. Highlighted Maestros Initiate. When the timer went to 0, the card didn't go to my pile and the draft froze even though I had a pack already queued up (see image). Had to log out and back in and by then I already had several picks automatically taken. Very frustrating.

This happened to me as well, game froze and when I logged back in the game had chosen random cards for my draft. My draft is a mess now. Pretty disappointing.

Draft froze in first pack pick 11. It stay frozen for ten minutes until I went to Home Screen. When I rejoined the draft I had an unplayable draft deck filled with auto picks the computer made. I used a draft token I paired for in the preorder pack. I am hoping that you will refund the token or the gem equivalent of a premier draft entry
