Draft frozen :(, and lost my gems

My draft frosed yesterday, i was unable to pick the cards from the last pack. I had to reiniciate the game to play, and the automatic picks were not the best ones. If you could send me a draft token, it would be nice.

My draft frosed, I had to disconnect then reconnect to finish my draft but when I decided to do so draft was almost over...
No message of disconnection during pick phase, I could see boosters going from player to players but I wasnt able to do any pick

Same thing here. The AI drafted horrible cards and now I have pratically lost 1500 gems.

I dont know who this works, I cant share the log when the conection lost happen bc of that but I have the log now

Same here, I was picking really good cards and then puff! forced to log out

Same happens to me today. Frozen in the middle of the pick until the message of "conection lost" apeared. I want a refund, i have a video if the tecnical support want proof.

Edited hours later: Now I know that was a global server down. I enter the game and I have a random deck, I want a ticket for another draft NOW

My draft went frosen too. I need my gems back.

Draft graphics shows movement of packs but none arrive for card selection. Ended up restarting client with cards selected by the program

i was stuck in this screen during drafting for minutes. when i reconnected the ai picked randomly for me :/

No cards or ability to draft

when I peckking,Arena suddenly was slowed by unknow problem. I had no way to shutdown Arena.
Returing quickly,I missed some picks.

I just got stuck with the same problem on my last picks, the screen would not go any further even when it show that I have 3 boosters stacked, but I am really worried about what those picks could've been, didn't play any games yet though.

No he podido crear el mazo de drafr ya que se ha quedado congelado y no me han llegado mas cartas en la fase de creacion de mazo.

1) Cards are not displayed in draft.
2)No wins recorded in draft

The screen got stuck during the draft and didn't move for more than 5 minutes, so once I dropped the arena, the rest of the picks were randomly decided.
