Cards that says "activated abilities can't be activated" they do NOT work it all
Cards that says "activated abilities can't be activated" Like "LawMage's Binding" and "Faith's Fetters" they do NOT work it all. Players that have enchanted permanents with those cards/enchantments still can activating abilities like if those cards didn't exist.

i lost a ranked game and match, because Saint Elendas Faith's Fetters does not work on Teferi, Hero of Dominaria!

this currently is still a bug! faith's fetters attached to a tap card and it still was able to activate.

Demotion doesn't work. Neither does Trapped in the Tower. It's really annoying

Another example: Nahiri's Binding on Orah Skyclave Hierophant does not disable it's ability to return a card from the graveyard.

My "Ashaya, Soul of the Wild" is enchanted by "Ichthyomorphosis" so he should lose his abilities, including "Nontoken creatures you control are Forest lands in addition to their other types." but my creature are still Forest lands.
