Desconexión en medio de partidas e imposibilidad de abrir la aplicación hasta que la partida acaba.

Tengo problemas en el juego ya que este se cierra al buscar o iniciar una partida, intento volver a ingresar al juego y este nuevamente se cierra, hay veces en el que este en vez de cerrarse se queda en una pantalla negra hasta que cierre el juego.

paguei 1500 gemas pra jogar o draft,e durante minha partida o jogo ficou fechando,ja estava com a partida ganha e por conta desse BUG perdi por não conseguir se quer finalizar minha partida,quero reembolso,minhas gemas de volta,isso n faz o menor sentido,entro pra jogar uma partida,pago o evento,e por conta de um bug vou perder meu dinheiro....
n vou conseguir jogar o draft completo com esse bug acontecendo,espero que concentrem e me reembolsem por estou muito chateado,frustrado e indgnado
testei jogar um Brawl,para ver se o erro era apenas no draft,mas aconteceu novamente

Game Crashes randomly after 3-4 rounds. I Followed the advice on troubleshooting, clean boot, uninstall, reinstall, nothing seems to work.

Bei mir ist beim Draft jetzt 3 mal das Spiel abgestürzt und es hat immer als Niederlagen gezählt obwohl ich immer kurz vorm Sieg war. Ich habe dafür einen bezahlten Token ausgegeben. Den will ich als Entschädigung wieder zurück haben. Kann nicht sein das ich so um meine Belohnungen betrogen werden. Und immer wenn man das Spiel wieder starten will stürzt es ab bevor man wieder im Match ist. Aber wenn das Match vorbei ist geht es wieder. Wollte heute noch ein paar drafts spielen aber so nicht. Dadurch ist mir mein Friday Night Magic Abend versaut wurden.

Tuve problemas de Black Screen tanto ayer en draft en mis dos primeras partidas como hoy en la primera.
El juego se cerraba durante la partida, y cuando intentaba volver a cargar, lo que se solucionaba solo cuando la partida ya estaba perdida

Everytime I try to run it I get a black screen with the curser I hope you can fix it soon. I just pre ordered the 21 core bundle on the 24th a f haven't been able to use it. I didn't have a problem untill the new update.
