I cant believe this keep on happening... I won the first game of a M21 draft and then lost THREE consecutive games to the black screen of death. The only game that I could play seemed extremely slow and laggy.

Will we get a refund for those drafts we bought and lost matches due to dropped connections?

this problem have so many players why dont you take down the server until you can fix it Dont know if its a problem with the set or with your upgrade , but for sure the problem is on your side. First draft new set, first match crash on round two + 7-8 following crashes as i tried to relog until i lost the match, Second match craashed round 10 or 11 m the same cant relog until i lost the match.
