Can't get to cog bc of black screen is there another way to get the logs?

I'm having the same issue. Running Windows 10 on HP Core i5 PC, 64 bit. It appears behind the scenes its doing something as its active on the network and CPU so I will let it continue for a bit. Hopefully it will eventually load the screen as I'm anxious to continue to test my new Core 2021 deck.

Note - I've uninstalled and re-installed and the same result. I didn't restart after uninstall. Not sure if that matters but I will try that next if it doesn't eventually load.

Played around a bit, once was able to get in by setting MTGA.exe compatibility to Windows 7 and giving it permission to run as admin. No luck since.

Managed to play a game though, opened some Ikoria packs then but that was totally bugged: Pulled 3 copies of zenith flare and a flourishing fox although I own full playsets of both cards. I also checked wildcards later, no changes though, now I can't even enter the game. Please help and contact to fix this issue.

Tried to log in, got nothing but a black screen. i hope this is where i am suppose to let someone know about this issue. thanks

I have the same problem as everyone else. All I want is to play Magic. Instead I'm playing Runterra to pass time. Sadness. Not the same wizards. Idk if you understand or not. But its just not magic. Its not like I can head to the shops for my nearest FNM you know. They have a person limit and even then not many people show up. Just feelin Magic Wizards hear me out :( Evenxfallen@gmail.com

- When I start mtga, I immediately get a black screan with just a cursor.
When i run mtga as aministrator everything works fine until i finish a game. Then it says problems connecting to server, and eventually a black screen. After I close mtga and run as admin , it works fine again for one game.
I am of course not entirely comfortable to have to run a game as admin or to have to restart after every game, but I am an addict and new set so eh.

But now, even as administrator, I only get the black screen. More than 2 hrs.

My sealed tournament crashed & every time I tried to log back on, I got the black screen. A rep gave me credit for the sealed tournament but told me to check out this link. It's been over 2 hrs and it's still a black screen. It started about 2:48 pm EST. It's 4:48 pm now.

I can not keep playing this game any more. Every update you push through for the game i have the same black screen issue and do not wish to keep uninstalling/reinstalling everything this happens. It is a fun and amazing game to play MTG but this issue has gone long enough to enrage me. I have no idea where to find the help i need for this and am honestly to lazy to look through lists of comments from all the different forums.

I have the black screen with only a cursor too.
