The game crashes in EVERY game I play, after a few turns, since the update of 2021 edition. When I relaunch the game, it tries to reconnect to the same duel. Most often it re-crashes before coming back to the duel. Very rarely it succeeds to come back to the duel, but then it re-crashes after one or two turns.
I'm an old fan of Magic, I'm so disappointed.. SOLVE THIS!!
I have French language, Don't know if this matters.

Hello, when I play games in french language mode, I crash often at the very beginning of the game or at turn 2 or 3. Crashes frequency seems to depend on the deck I play. When I restart the game I crash systematically until the game is finished and lost. In english language, I never crash.

Same problem here. I install the game few days ago. In blue tutorial i have my first crash. I would say every 3 game crashed. Iam very depressed about the 10k gold i lost in premium draft. I play my first land and game crashed in 2 of 3 games. I know its *only* gold but iam beginner and i need more cards. Iam very unhappy about the game now.

I upgraded to Windows 10 form Windows 7. No changes. Still a black screen and a cursor.

Game crashed during play ! And when restart recrash until i loose the game !

Three days without being able to play, perfect!!! I am tired .. too tired .. every day is the same.
I start my game, start my first match .. TATA (8) ..game crash ..

Is there any solution? Can someone of the staff contact me?

I have spend more than 200€ in this game in the last two months and now I can't play? WTF

On windows 10: After each crash a file MTGA.exe.10516.dmp is created at the following path:
%HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\CrashDumps\

I tried to upload this file on my previous post, but it failed as well for the included log file.

Would this file be helpful for tour debug team ?

Still crashing after the 2021 core update.
I was loving this game, But since the update I cant have fun anymore.
I did uninstall the game, clear any registry and deleted the installation folder.
Did a full reinstallation of the game, restarted my computer, Did almost every thing I could but still crash after the first land drop. Even VS AI the game crash.

Black Screen FIX:

I got a black Screen at launch after the update and it was not fixed with the second update. I was using the Intel on-board graphics card.
I switched to using the AMD Radeon I had already installed, after updating its drivers and everything worked properly. Maybe it is a graphics card issue.

idem. the game crash and impossible to join the battle after, the game crash systematicaly and i loose the game.... In a draft game

im really ******. Game crashed ingame all the time. I cant reconnect, it crash again. Im not payd for bugfixing, i payd for the season pass and cant still finish 15 wins cause it crash all the time. Good game, worse support. Far to complicated to send a bug fix. It should work ingame and not complicated with a website where you first need to find the correct section.

Obviously WOTC doesn't care about this issue. Even though hundreds, maybe thousands of people are experiencing this, they simply don't care. Hence the reason it's been 13 days since the update, and still no resolution to this problem.

Crashing almost everytime, since the last update.
Hoping crash files would help to solve the big bad bug.
