Comprei 1600 gemas no dia 01/07/2020 para jogar um draft ikoria que a entrada e 750, e não tive possibilidade de jogar por conta do jogo esta fechando toda hora.

a possibilidade de rever essas gemas?

Infelizmente todos os dias o jogo fecha a tela durante uma partida, principalmente contra decks que tem cards de m21

The same happens to me multiple times. While Draft-Games or normal ranked ladder. The FNM-Event was nearly unplayable because of so much crashes.

You described my issue with the game : no problem entering a match, but as soon as i play 2 or 3 card, i crash, and can't reconnect properly until the game is lost.
I'm a free to play player, loosing a major draft of m21 set (10k gold) i spend weeks entering is quite frustrating. Please fix your game.

A mi tmb me pasa que se me cuelga el juego cuando juego drafts... menuda puta mierda, he gastado más de 20.000 monedas por culpa de eso, a ver si lo arreglais de una vez...

Same here, please fix this, I'm sick of loosing money, time, rank, and fun times due to this bug, it's very frustrating. You should consider a compensation due to the scale of the problem

Hola soy alex150568, buscando en la red posibles arreglos he encontrado a un jugador que comenta que si pones los gráficos en inglés, el juego no se cuelga. He probado, a ver que pasa, y despues de dos horas, sigo sin problemas; por lo que pienso que el problema esta en las actualizaciones hechas en otros idiomas que hacen que se bloquee, el juego.

The game has been crashing 9/10 games for 1 week, please stop chill and fix it.

Thought that my account had been hacked (I changed my keyword) but it seems to be generalized to all players. When a game is started the game crash for no reason till the game is over. (impossible to end the game, even to reconnect durably)
Reinstall the game doesn't solve the problem.

Thanks for the incoming fix and hope for a Wizard compensation.

Now, after I reinstalled my computer the game crash without any reason during a game.
The time I am "inactive" in the match, I can't join and the game will crash the whole time.
