Lost two games in major draft with this issue. How can i get my 10k gold back ? Which logs do i need to provide ? I followed the link https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000726823-Creating-Log-Files but i can not find anything else but "utc logs"

This bug costed me a Traditional Historic Event, I had to restart the app to get the report log so I hope it shows

I was playing last night finishing out the last battle pass, but since downloading & installing the updates today, the ONLY thing I get when I open MTGA is a black screen and the MTGA cursor. Already uninstalled & reinstalled once, no change.

One game then Black screen, then restart 3 times before getting in. On Mac via Epic Games.

Also multiple crashes when trying to start games or navigating into a draft.

Upgraded, logged in, played one match. At the end of the match, went to black screen with cursor and hung there.... waited several minutes, then killed the client using task manager.

Next log ins, black screen with cursor, no sound... hung there for many minutes.

Note: also, while black screen is displaying, GPU usage is at 20% to 30%

Happened inside a game in draft

Black screen occurred at 5:58 P.M. Eastern Time after playing second game. Player.log file attached.

and sometimes i go to store and when i clicked on "home" again i cant see the quests or play any games

If you want play change language in english, crash will stop but still black screen sometimes.

Black screen after playing maybe 10 games in ranked bo3 after update. It just stopped working and have now black screen.

Cannot upload .log file because it has 40 mb. If I .zip it your site doesn't accept it. Well done.

It happened 3 times, first one mid drafting, losing some picks,the secondone after completing draft deck building, and third one during mid game of one those draft, missing 2 turns and costing the match.
