Black screen on match start
While in the menu everything is ok but when match start the screen become black but the sound still ok (if i move the cursor i can ear the sound of card mulligan).
The only whay to not concede is to set the resolution on the lowest, but usually cause visual bug on the board or/and artwork on the card disappear.
Please fix this issue, i'm loving this game

21/05/2020 this still a thing , the only change its that unity error now says 2019 instead of 2018... , omg man why u cant a game good as HS ???? plz send they a email and ask for some coding tips

Hello friends from MTG Arena. i must report an issue i was having while playing the game. It crashes several times when playing just simple matches or drafting or disconnect a lot of times but i checked my internet connection and wasn`t the problem. Is there any solution to fix this problem.

My game just crashed during a Traditional Draft even, Game 2, it just says "there was a Network issue", right at the begining of the game. I had to close the program, concede the game and restart.
Edit: I know only have 1 GAME remaining, so it seems I LOST that game without even playing, ruining my entire draft. I payed that draft with 1500 gems that I actually BOUGHT with real money, so this is extremly unpleasant.

My games in Ranked Traditional Standard keep crashing, 5/18/20 for every ranked constructed match I try to play. This is pathetic and unacceptable.

My games crashed today too, and I lost 2 percentage ranks when I had the match won but kept crashing and couldn't sideboard either. Players should get rank compensation or SOMETHING of a compensation/refund.

SAME HAPPENED!!!, Game crashed with Unity something and after rejoined for game 3 could not mulligan. Can't play BO3 anymore. I used to play all daily quest, but now with so many crushes, just 4 wins/day in Bo1, is so stressing to crash every 1 game. Before IKORA everything was better.

Simply impossible to play anything but informal Play.
I've pretty much done everything listed on the forum, plus clean re-install with all the extra instructions.
I suspect that the problem lies in some buggy interaction between one's recently edited assets and the GP/display thereof.

I crash about 2-3 times per night. Come back to game and it’s 2 turns later ... of course you lose! Used to be a good game lately it sucks

Same thing. I followed all the recommendations on the troubleshooting site, then followed everything Wizards recommended in my ticket (Revo removal, re-install, clean boot) and nothing.
They recommended I check the board to see if anyone else has found a solution. Yep.

I thought we were out of the weeds but no fix yet, having same problem as the other folks. things i did no fix: Upgrade to windows 10, clean boot of apps after start up. installed rev to remove mtga and reinstall it as told but no luck. Set all resolution to lowest form and restarted the comp, set compatibility to mtga liking. nothing. i keep crashing and crashing.
