Black screen on match start
While in the menu everything is ok but when match start the screen become black but the sound still ok (if i move the cursor i can ear the sound of card mulligan).
The only whay to not concede is to set the resolution on the lowest, but usually cause visual bug on the board or/and artwork on the card disappear.
Please fix this issue, i'm loving this game

Yep this game is unplayable and wizards are doing nothing to fix it Iv probably lost about 100 k gems during this bs due to quarantine and having nothing else

I was having trouble with the game with the Ikoria update but todays (4/23) update has made things even worse. I was getting through 1 game usually before it crashed, now it crashes every time before turn 3.

Black screen in gameplay.
AFTER showing players in "vs" screen. Sound ok, cursor ok, sounds like everything is there because cursor hovers icons and reacts with sound but the screen is pitch black. I restart and it runs ok. Usually, this happens when in the previous match something glitches. I hate the waiting for updates in startup, otherwise it would be tolerable, but startup takes 7 mins in my PC, whereas it used to take MUCH LESS a month ago.

Unchanged Black Screen issues. I've checked my system to make sure everything is updating. I've played other games and never have had so many issues after updates of a game. Maybe hiring a new programmer will fix all these bugs issues. Also, I am not impressed with the long "checking for updates" and "preparing assets" screens. Maybe its just me but it seems longer than need be just to get into the game and have the Black Screen stop you from playing. Very disappointed in the support.

Wizards of the Coast needs to fix Arena. You can't expect people to support Arena by buying gems only to have games crash and get a loss when they are not even able to play. Please. Fix Arena so it doesn't crash. There are too many people being affected by this problem.

Same here, most time in mulligan screen, I have black screen. impossible to play, I must concede or shutdown the game.
It's same things when Eldraine maj is issue. -

So so so so UNSTABLE! I'm right there with everyone else who has a crash every 3rd game. I will not purchase or spend gems with the game in this state!

Hadn’t played Magic in about 20 years. Figured with all the free time due to the pandemic I’d try out Arena. Immediately ran into multiple issues. Got the nonstop ‘Checking for Updates’ issue on the loading screen but found a work around. Now it’s the ‘MTGA - Unity’ crash allllll the time. Magic actually had a chance to get a old customer back but clearly this wasn’t meant to be. After reading so many forums describing these same issues for years in an row now, how can I invest in a system that clearly doesn’t work?

After a lengthy process of going through automated responses from support, basically they told me I was screwed because my system doesn’t meet the minimum requirements. I never really checked to see if it was true, but it’s probably not. I have an i5 with 8gb ram. Also this problem started in April 2019 after an update. Never had problems running the game until then. Also I’m sure most these people’s systems on here are meeting minimum requirements. Mines also a unity crash. I wish there was a workaround.

I'm having same problem - Arena crashing every 2nd or 3rd game. How many have to have to problem before Arena fixes it? Crashing during a draft game stinks because it costs gems. C'mon Arena. Take care of this please.

Obviously, the problem isn't us. The game loses connection when you play a card to search your library. It's taking a lot longer to log back in than it used to. I just lost a game with 3 timeouts remaining because I lost connection and couldn't get back in in time. I know new content causes these issues and you usually get them sorted out eventually. But, the log in time and the game hanging when you search your library are the two things I'm seeing almost every game.

Well, after reading the long history of this program being complete **** I'm beginning to feel that I'm wasting my time AND money with this program. Like everyone else the game crashes for me right after each match ends then takes an eternity to load back up after reboot. I'm certainly not a computer programmer or whatever but I do know gaming and no game crashes this much. How can they even allow the game to continue to function in this way? THE ONLY WAY TO GET HEADS TO ROLL OVER THERE AT WIZARDS IS TO YELL WITH OUR POCKET BOOKS!!! STOP PLAYING AND SPENDING MONEY AND WATCH HOW FAST THEY GET THE PROGRAM WORKING RIGHT.

Yeah, seems like we're back to the april 2019 unity crash issue... Please fix this. Now that LGS are closed it's even more frustrating.
