le jeu crash et retour windows sans commentaire; puis impossible de relancer sur la game en cours car re-crash a chaque fois. Ce depuis la release M21

El 25/6 el juego me anduvo bien, el 26/6 se me cerraba al jugar una carta con animacion y hasta que no se consumieran los time outs de la partida no podia volver a entrar, 2 o 3 dias despues volvi a probar y no tuve problema, ayer desde otra pc me sucedio exactamente lo mismo, se me cerraba al jugar un pantano y hoy desde la pc que andaba bien se me cerraba cuando terminaba el turno del enemigo, por favor busquen una solucion que quiero jugar!!!

For about one week, the game crashes (seemingly) unsystematically while in a match. It is always happening when I play a card, but not always the same one. I tried different decks and game modes. Happens every once in a while. Mostly annoying in ranked matches. Afterwards, I can not succesfully log in to the game until I lost the match.

novamente tive um prejuízo com jogo ontem dia 03/07/2020 por conta de estar fechando. gastei 2000 gemas para jogar o selado coleção básica 2021 , e na partida o jogo ficou fechando e toda vez que tentei entrar o jogo não abria.

Quasiment impossible de jouer un match en entier depuis la mise à jour...Le jeu plante deux fois sur trois et impossible de le relancer avant d'avoir perdu! J'ai commencé un scellé et j'ai perdu le premier match à cause du bug! Une solution rapide éviterait de gâcher le plaisir...

the update of m21 made it impossible to make draft obviously we will never get our gems back if it continues like this more and more people will abandon this game. it's been more than a week now that the problems continue it's strange that wizards do nothing for this situation.
I hope they find a way to fix and return the gems to whoever reported the bug

Poner el juego en inglés parece haber resuelto el problema. Parece que esto les sucede a los jugadores que juegan en portugués brasileño, alemán, francés o español.

Game crashed, sometimes it boot my CPU , sometimes just closed the Arena without notice.

Solo abrir el juego la pantalla aparece en negro, se puede mover el cursor pero no aparece nada donde pulsarlo. Funciono con mac en parallells y windows 7 ultimate, pero por lo que veo no es cuestion de sistema operativo. Tanto cuesta volver atras? o hacer un parche par no estar una semana sin poder jugar? Para cuando el juego en Mac para no tener de usar el Parallels?
