Game is unplayable for me. It crashes 100% of the time mid-game. And then it crashes trying to reconnect to the game.

Yo he mandado tres correos distintos y ni uno con respuesta.
Ni soluciones ni respuestas.... ni un simple estamos trabajando en ello.

I reported a problem with DX11.1 on windows7, freash new instalaltion of OS and game. the game was giving the DX11 can't swtich resolution fs = 1 fp = ....
this was solved installing an win7 update:

after the last update I was then getting a black screen.
reinstalled the whole game for the 3rd time.....same back screen, can't paly at all.

Soy alex150568, acabo de jugar contra un jugador llamado Tyer en standard clasificatorio, categoría bronce 1, y he ganado por qué mi rival no ha jugado en los dos primeros turnos, seguramente por qué se le ha colgado el juego, como me ocurrirá a mí en breve en una de las próximas partidas. Empiezo a pensar que el silencio que los administradores del juego están realizando al no responder a nuestras peticiones de información sobre lo que ocurre, después de la última actualización les ha paralizado y espero por su bien y el nuestro que den con la solución, mientras tanto; solo les solicitamos que nos respondan, gracias.

Peut être un problème de serveur, lors de surcharge. J'ai attaqué une partie passionnante, mais le jeu a crash après 3/4 rounds.
Il va falloir patienter jusqu'à la nouvelle maj ou maj serveur ^^

Constant crashes, since the new update. I never had before.

As proposed by DerTosher#25730, I have set English instead of french and no issues for 1 day.

Bug seems to affect only not english languages .

ontem dia 01/07/2020 coloquei gemas para jogar um selado premium. mas tomei um prejuízo imenso por conta do jogo fechar na hora da partida. e possível eu ser reembolsado com essas gemas perdidas?
