Esou com o mesmo problema, aqui até começa a partida, mas toda hora cai e não deixa voltar, o jogo fecha sozinho!!!

same problem here, windows eventmanger tells me the "aksoundengine.dll" crashes? maybe thats a hint?

Same here, lost 3 drafts and a closed core21 match thanks to these crashes, try to get into the game again to resume the match and game crash again.... 0 compensation... :/

Still the same problem with game crush. No response to Emails, no refund. Really?

Had the same once, but i lost 3 games because of that in draft and no coins back...???? 10k lost because of the new update...

Back screen and cursor on launch nothing else. been like this for over a week new update did not solve the problem.

Mesmo problema, realizado todos os procedimentos indicados pela wizards, att drive video, windows, download citrix workspace, instalado e desinstalado diversas vezes o game, alterado a placa gráfica e nada.

A dias totalmente injogável

En effet j’ai téléchargé la mise à jour samedi soir rien n’a changé, aujourd’hui je crois savoir qu’il y a une mise à jour mais rien
À cause de ce souci je ne peux pas faire du scellé, du draft Car je ne parle pas anglais je fait juste mes quêtes
Enfin vous indiquez sur le statut de magic Arena que tout va bien mais ce n’est pas vrai

I tought the problem was fixend with the patch of 28/06 but it still crashed also during draft. 20k money lose due to this problem. This can not been accepted anymore, we want back our money wizard!!

Même problème rencontré
Dès que je lance une partie, au bout de quelques minutes cela coupe.
La durée de la partie avant coupure peut varier.
(mais c'est souvent quand je gagne que ca va couper :) )
La partie n'est pas enregistrée pour les quêtes…

Que faire merci?

Still crashes on the game and no refund for money in Draft... :( It's not playable like this, crash in every game...

Still sitting on a black screen and unable to play. I guess you are not actually gonna fix the problem.

Thought the problem was fixed but it's not, another lost in draft... It's getting very frustrating and cost a lot of money.

Hello im also dealing with the same problem but found something way worse ,since i still wanted to play i sorted out the cards that trigger the problem and continued playing my rakdos deck which worked with no crashes all cards were playable but then i discovered a very salty oppenent which was losing (2 hp no real boardstate) he suddenly started spamming gg then placed a creature which effects targerts us both ,the game crashed then and it did count as lose for me ... so the crashbug is abusable
