Decks disappeared, can't import or build new decks
After the update and hot fixes yesterday, all of my decks disappeared. I can't use the big + button to create a new deck, and I can't import a deck either. Clicking on any button on the Decks screen does nothing except Collection, which does show up properly.
Also if I try to "Add to decks" for a draft deck, that doesn't do it either, the deck doesn't show up in Decks. My wife's and son's accounts signing into the same client on the same computer do not have the same problem.
Please help! I can't play any constructed or challenge friends to limited battles!

Mine used to work but now since the NEO patch I can't add any of my decks. Draft, or Jump In. Frustrating as I'm trying to teach my partner how to play and we're both using starter decks.

Has anyone fixed this bug. I am also still unable to create or import new decks. I want to play constructed but am unable too. Please help.
I have tried @Mogo#50404 solution but it still does not work. Even when setting up to play a match, you are unable to create new or import new decks. Sure, you can edit previously created decks, but that does not solve the core problem of creating new ones.
Very frustrating and would appreciate any help Wizards!

All, if you go to get into a match (any format) and select a deck that way (you don't have to play the match, just pick a deck) then you can go back to the deck screen, and it works as intended. If that honest work, go into a bot match, concede, then it usually works. I've been doing this for months.

The deck tool doesn't work, I can't create new decks, import, modify, nothing. I qualified for the strixhaven challenge next Saturday but I won't be able to play because I don't have a historic deck and the client doesn't let me create one. This has been open for months and there is absolutely no solution from Wizards, this is incredibly frustrating.

All of my decks are missing. The deck tool won't allow me to create new decks or import decks. I have saved draft decks, which the system says are saved to my collection, but they don't appear.

Nope, this bug still exists. I don't know that these forums actually accomplish anything other than a place to gripe and (maybe) find people who have a workaround. For me, this bug still exists but if I open a brawl or standard event and click on the deck choosing option, after that I can click Decks to see all my decks until I close the client (even if I switch accounts back and forth).

Has anybody received any information on this at all? I've received zero support from WOTC on this issue. Very frustrating. I've tried uninstalling multiple times, as well as tinkering with the firewall. This is quickly making the game unplayable.

click on play then choose your deck (clicking on the deck thumbnail where you'd choose deck for the match) then the plus (create deck) function works there....

So now when I first log in, the decks aren't there. I can play a game and select my deck, though, and then after that the decks appear until I close the client.

This was also not resolved with the patch as I was hoping. Support had me do a few steps (uninstall, delete registry entries etc.) but it did not work. This is a huge bummer but doesn't seem to affect enough people to warrant a fix. I'm sitting here ready to buy a load of booster packs to get back into standard but can't! Here's to hoping for a fix!
