Just had the same thing happen for me, this is ******** and should be fixed asap. How this ever made it to prod, I have no idea

I am playing arena on PC. Today, I played two non-ranked standard matches. I lost the first one and won the second. After each of those matches, my standard constructed ranking went down.

My idea is that it shouldn't do that

Same problem just happened. I won in normal game mode lost rank. It's been like this forever now.

I'm having the same problem. Win or lose, I'm losing ranks. Can't believe this hasn't been fixed already. This has a very limited "I quit playing this game entirely because of this" window for me.

Same bug, I just started arena it's a bit discouraging..

I lost ranks after winning in play mode.

Winning games in play modality (not ranked) made me lose constructed ranks (dropped from Diamond 2 to Diamond 4).
Unacceptable, please fix.

Give us back our ranks, so we can try to get to Mythic before Season ending (3 days remaining). Ridiculous nothing has been done until now. I am considering not to purchase the Mastery Pass for next Season.

This also happened to me: played non-ranked, won, and lost rank. Happened several times lost a tier. What the F***. This is a product that I have spent over a thousand dollars on. Fix this **** and compensate me.

I'm experimenting ranking loss while winning in ranked too.
After contacting the support, they answered that they will add a vote for me on this bug thread...

All credibility is gone.

I've lost 2 ranks points while winning games at the zendikar singelton event. I'm not sure if I must continue to participate to win the rewards as the game makes me go down rank level despite winning

Unranked matches are still affecting my rank. I won an unranked match and my rank went down.

I'm at a Gold rank in tier 4, played a regular Play match, ended up versing a Diamond rank (wth?) and even won. But, my rank ended up decreasing by one!

Not cool, man! I wasn't even trying to play ranked and, yet, I won. Shouldn't my rank have at least gone up?? That's crazy!

When playing a friend in the challenge match game mode when the match ends I lose a pip from my platinum rank.

Keeps happening to me. I lost so much rank in gold (which is alot for me)

STILL LOSING RANK IN UNRANKED MATCHES...... FIX IT

This keeps happening to me as well. I just WON what should have been an UNranked game, and my rank LOWERED.

When I play ranked and switch to unranked this problem consistently occurs.

It seems I can temporarily fix it by turning the game on and off. When I restart the game and play unranked without playing ranked first, the problem doesn't persist. As soon as I play a ranked game, I need to reset before I switch back to playing unranked or this bug will happen again. But needless to say, I shouldn't have to go through this.

Please fix this asap. Like, wtf are you doing? This has gone on for way too long.
