LOSING RANK WHILE PLAYING UNRANKED.....

built a new deck, playing FREE PLAY to PRACTICE with it, i'm losing RANK for no ******* reason. How can this happen due to rotation. its happened at least 8x since the rotation. i should be in diamond. This is completely messed up. how can I attach a "file" on this? It cant be proven. SORT THIS **** OUT!!!!!!!!

I played a game using the "Play" option which I believe unranked. However, after losing a match, it looked as if I lost rank - the animation for losing rank came up after the match.

Twice now I have played a direct challenge match and lost rank. Please fix this. Vs. Ullr#42914

I'm having the same issue when I win a match, I lose ranking.

My constructed rank lost a pip after I won a match with a new deck in Play mode

A point was taken away from my "constructed rank" despite winning, let alone not being in competitive play

It's honestly kind of funny seeing the glowing words "VICTORY" on your screen, then watching your rank go down in a casual match. That being said, please fix this.

Was at gold 1 rank 3 notches in, won two games in the Traditional Draft Zendikar Rising, and did not progress to platinum as i should of. The animation Showed me going from 3 to 2 notches instead of 3 to 4 and 4 to platinum. Hope this could be resolved or at least have me put into platinum. Also on PC. Restarted client and still not put into platinum limited ranking.

They claimed that this was just a visual issue in a past update, but that is clearly not the case. Fix your ****, Wizards.

THIS IS NOT 'WORKING AS INTENDED' WOTC. Fix this immediately! How has this not a priority to the dev team? Why is the game penalizing some players and not others for no reason at all?

Also why is your robo support agent creating a new thread, and instead of consolidating similar problems, they 'vote' in your place to a thread that has even less votes and comments?

Having the same issue, playing non-ranked testing a deck and I lose ranks when I win.

I drafted and completed a series of games under PREMIUM RANKED DRAFT (ZNR). I then played a RANKED TRADITIONAL STANDARD match, which I won 2-1. However, instead of increasing my constructed rank, the system DECREASED my LIMITED rank by one notch!

Same thing happened for me! I lost rank in Historic in a friendly match with a different deck. What the heck? I don't have a log file. Playing on MBP , Epic Games Launcher version 10.18.9, no idea what MTGA version is or where to find it in the app.

Please restore the status of my rank.
