creatures exiled instead of graveyard
I had 2 creatures killed that went to exile instead of the graveyard. Both with spells, but neither spell exiles a killed creature. there were no effects on the board that should have exiled creates.

Happened to me Cauldron Familiar exiled from a Play with Fire, also seen it happen to my opponent before from just blocking

i had the same experience, both of my vampires were exiled when I blocked an angel of destiny. should have created blood tokens but because they were exiled, no tokens were made. nothing on the board except for 3 blood tokens, angel of destiny, luminarch aspirant, tilted the game.
