Agreed, today 7 games - 4 mana out for 6th turn - Hand - 2 lands 5 spells/creatures , next 6 draws 2 lands and spells/creatures - to be precise - chance for to happen are 1 out of 9 million games, but 7 games in row - i guess i have earned bad RNG reward all over this month.
This happend with Avatar release

I sent in 20 tickets and data logs and all I got is there algorithm is top notch... on game 9 no mana draws.

No need for commands, just prevent it from happening. In a digital card game, you should never be in a situation where you have ALL Mana or NO Mana. The shuffler is broken and needs to be fixed.
