It started sometime this morning, I was playing without any problems earlier. Then I got the "waiting for server" message when accessing any page within the app. They did load and show properly (with some longer than normal loading time), but connection was lost when I tried to find a match. Fist I got "you lost connection to the server", then I got "attach failed to drop other attach". restart app did not work. restart computer did not work. reinstalling the client did not work. flushing and resetting dns did not work. changing to preferred dns did not work.

frustrating, I just made a comeback this morning after being away from MTGA for over a year. Then this happpens after a couple of matches.

@Zephled#98931 This is also my experience. I attempted to reinstall the program as well. Still cannot get in.

Logged in and went to start a draft. Was given a "Waiting for Server" screen which led to a "Server Timeout" error. I clicked reconnect. This ended up with a "attach failed to drop other attach". I closed the program and tried to bring it back up to get the same error. I opted to log out and attempted to log back and continuously got a connection timeout. I rebooted my system and tried to log in. I did so successfully, but encounter a network error when trying to restart the draft. The same happens for any other match I try to join.

Seriously, MTGA - adopt a professional support ConOps. For this many subscribers, y'all should be able to do waaaay better than this.

I opened MTG Arena today. Everytime I wanted to start an Event, I got the message "Network Error".

Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, didn’t fix :(

I am also experiencing this behavior.

I was able to log in, then I attempted to start a premier draft game (already drafted). Now I can't log in, similar output to everyone else. "Authentication failed for user _:" Then the second line changes from time to time. Sometimes it is "Timed Out", sometimes it is "Attach failed to drop other attach"

I'm having the exact same issue for over an hour now. Forum has posts on it but status page reports all is well.. Are we going to be able to play today?

Game froze after attempting to join Standard Event. Unable to log back in.

I am getting the connection error and the cannot resign error...I hope they look into all these glitches been happening a lot lately 🥺

I opened MTG Arena this morning and it logged me right in. I noticed the play 30 green or white spells daily and figured I'd get that done.

I attempted to start a match and it told me it was unable to join the match. I hit reconnect and it then said I was unable to resign from the match (even though I was never in a match). I attempted to go back to the main screen but it got stuck at "Waiting for server..." so I Alt-F4'd to close the program.

When I opened it back up, now I get the Unable to Authenticate errors. Screenshots are attached.

Same issue here. MacBook Pro and Android.

I opened Arena and the load screen stopped at loading initial scene. I closed it and reopened it and it stopped at initializing audio. I closed it and reopened again and it gave an Unable to Login message. I clicked log out, it went through the loading screen and then it gave a connection lost message. I clicked reconnect, everything came up, I selected Play for Standard 2022 Ranked, and gave a Network Error message: "Unable to join event. Please try again later."

My login was fine until today (31/8/21) But now I get the same screen as all the other members here.
