On my iPad, loaded up arena and it just popped up

I've been getting the same error message for about a month now. I play through the Epic Games application on PC. USA, Indiana.

Same problem: IN Oakland CA. Correct credentials, wont authentic, deleted and re downloaded: wont authenticate. Open on another device< computer, wont authenticate, reset password, wont authenticate. can't log into Arena.

Como veo no soy el único que tiene este problema. En mi caso he invertido tiempo y dinero, espero que lo arreglen lo antes posible. Juego mediante iPhone. Gracias

Tengo el mismo problema, me iba bien el juego y me salió que tenía que autenticar mi cuenta y no me deja meterme en el juego... ¿cómo se soluciona el problema? He invertido tiempo y dinero en el juego, gracias.
