Timer way too long, people exploiting timer and wasting time

Abusing Putrid Goblin+Altar of Dementia+Thran Vigil while I have Gaea's Blessing x2. They kept milling and reshuffle for 20 minutes(first time and another 17 minutes before I quit) because they are given timer extensions every action they complete. Same thing is done creating tokens for as long as needed for opponent to quit. Very stupid to give basically infinite time for a player to just wait out the other player. You can also abuse this if the opponent has a card to cast or effect to activate, forcing their timer so you can get them to burn out and you can attack without giving them a chance to block.

On Arena iOS, a few rounds after my opponent played platinum angel, my opponent and I were at stalemate with me in the positive hundreds and them in the negative hundreds, somehow my timer ran down on their turns while they waited for me to quit
