Same problem here. Tried to restarting PC, modem and uninstalling the game (Wizards launcher and Epic launcher) and nothing fixed this bug. Really annoying since I was 6-0 in the metagame challenge when the problem happened.

Just adding to the list. I uninstalled/re-installed; updated pw; and cannot log in. Immediately get connection lost, hit reconnect and get unable to login

This is on PC and android both, where I did each of these steps.

I am having the same issue on an android device. I've followed all troubleshooting protocols to no avail.

I have the same problem on my iPad but in october……

I have the exact same issue on PC.

As additional information: Just before I get to the loading screen for the database, a little error message (see attachment) flashes for less than half a second. After loading the database to 100%, I return to the login screen.

I tried restarting the game, restarting the PC and changing the password. None of these things fixed the issue.

Since the update on 9/23/2021, my machine will no longer log into the system. I put my name/password in and it starts to load the database; then it will just switch back to the login screen.
