i just played for a month since the UI update thinking i was playing ranked only to finally find out via customer support, reddit, and this forum that i was playing in the "PLAY" queue. why isn't the default ranked and not play? seriously, as a UX designer myself thats pretty bad behavior. not to mention i just missed 100 or so games worth of season rank. lol.

Yeah same issue here. I won a couple of BO3 and didn't rank. No point in playing ranked if it doesn't work.

This has been going on for me since the VOW upgrade at least. I received no credit last month anything.

Having the same issue, nothing happens when I win or lose. Its frozen. Please fix I would like to benefit from ranking, as its a key enigine to how the game works.

Same issue, my account no matter what I play on what system will not reflect it in my rank. I've won dozens of matches and last probably just as many, and my rank is stuck like this from the last reset.

Rank up/down no longer appears at the end of matches. I can't tell if my rank is actually changing after wins or losses.

My ranks don't raise neither in limited or standard.

In cube draft I won 4-3 I had the animation of the winning money but it wasn't aded to my pool...

Please give me all the rewards that I won.

OHH, I see now! above the best 1 or 3, is ranked, play, or brawl.

it starts on play, the center red magic symbol. Ranked is icon left of that, the first one... oof!

Since update earlier this month, my rank has been frozen too. I've looked all over, in new UI setup, and nothing shows "Get rank here!". Only best of 1, or 3.. Do we need to play best of 3 to rank up now?? Or was update shoddly done, and we must delete and reload game?

I am having the same problem on iOS 15. It started when the new client with alchemy got pushed out. None of the constructed wins raise and losses don’t drop my rank. I don’t even get a rank animation.

Ah, I think I've realised why this is. The new interface is super confusing is what. I thought I was playing ranked games but apparently not. There are now three buttons to press above the format list to change from okay to ranked.

Not intuitive at all...
