Historic Brawl has become toxic
When historic brawl first came out, it was a lot of fun to play. Everyone used a variety of commanders and different strategies. Now, every deck I verse is either Kinnan, Golos, Winota, or a counter magic deck. I think a dev needs to spend some time playing this mode and see the toxicity behind it and make changes. Limit the amount of counter spells in a deck, ban Winota as a commander, and get rid of land destruction cards. This game mode is supposed to feel like real commander, longer and more of a build up to get your play going. Yet these games go by even quicker than standard play because of the high level of toxicity amongst the players in the format.
This is what happens when a format has literally zero balancing.
