Actually not please. Leave historic alone or i will be outta here, simple as that. You won't get me to play your ****** standard and throw money at a format i don't enjoy. This all just screams at us that you want to make historic unappealing so people play the formats that take away their cards every year. No thanks.

You promised to provide a format where we can play the cards WE PAID MONEY FOR. We invested in this promise. Now stick to your word or i will be outta the door faster than you can say player retention.

What you guys don't realize is that you transform goodwill from your fanbase into spite. People will feel betrayed and express their dissatisfaction to their friends, associates and on social media. We certainly will not get tired of telling people how you screwed us and you will lose money through this, because guess who gets new players to join the magic community? Thats right, its us, the playerbase.

What we want is clear and it is not too much to ask. It is up to you to deliver now. Don't destroy a working platform for this great card game. If you want to experiment, create a different format for that.

Alchemy sounds like an interesting idea, but please keep it and it's historic version separate from the historic format that is already on Arena! Maybe historic could become a paper-compliant format, and all of the digital only cards and mechanics could be a new alchemy-historic format? I would be interested in all of the formats if there was that sort of divide!

Please, i play historic brawl, and i want to play my cards in paper magic and arena just the same.
Alchemy is fine, as a format, standard players can plays untouched standard if they want. Let historic and historic brawl players do the same please.

Leave historic alone or bring in Pioneer. I don’t care about a digital only format. I barely play the format as is due to the stupid digital only cards and will definitely completely stop playing if the proposed updates are enacted. I don’t know why wizards refuses to listen to its player base. Modern has long been my favorite format and they have continually ignored it except to sell packs. Historic was fun since the promised pioneer never made it but has gotten worse with time and sucks to not have a paper equivalent. At least standard is okay right now as that’s my last option for digital constructed. I bought the cards in paper of a deck I really have been having fun with and can’t wait for them to arrive so I can go play at my lgs. Idk why it’s so hard to support paper. But please don’t ruin the one digital eternal format that we can play.

You don’t need to affect historic to introduce alchemy, just make a separate version of historic to introduce alchemy

I love the idea of digital new cards, but I am concerning about those rebalanced cards. They are rebalanced for Standard, not Historic

Why on earth would one format be affected by balances to another? It makes no sense. Lets also make changes to draft that carry over to brawl. Why not, its all a stew. **** lets pit a standard deck against a pioneer deck in play que because who gives a **** right.

Please stop with this rebalancing. If you want to change a card, make a new one with new art and a new name and ban the old one. I want my paper cards to do the same things across formats. This decision to adjust cards for alchemy is leading me away from playing Magic on Arena. Good luck. I'm done with this.
