I am having the same issue playing on an iPhone and a Mac. I have won many games of Standard but have no constructed rank at all.

Winning a game in Standard does not raise your Standard Rank on PC. I'm not sure if any win this season was counted at all and this seems to be a big issue. The game is not playable like that.
