Arena will relaunch to verify asset contents (loop)

Dxdiag information added in logs as well as multiple logs leading to the same result.
After the download of the Neon Dynasty update I get an error that says Arena will relaunch to verify asset contents. This keeps looping. I have looked online but the proposed fix of changing IP's does not work. Really bummed. Tried removing a lot of data. Everything gets downloaded then I get the same error again. Please help for a fix.

I'm having this error with the new Bloomburrow set release... so frustrating! I'm on a Mac. Really makes me want to quit playing!

Having the same issue since the update yesterday. the support cannot help. sent me here.
i also tried this but it didn't solve the issue:
1. Uninstall MTG Arena. If uninstalling using Programs and Features leaves behind files, you may be able to use a 3rd party utility like Revo Uninstaller to perform a clean uninstall.
2. Use a US-based VPN connection.
3. Redownload MTG Arena from this link and reinstall the game.is it solved for you?
