Waiting for something to get done here. Come on guys, maintain your product!

I've tried direct challenge, I've tried friends list invites, I've tried restarting my game, my pc, logging out and in, I've changed my deck composition, checked for banned cards etc. The list can go on.

Regardless, the same results happen. One of two options happens to either of us:
1. Goes to the "Waiting for Opponent" screen, with my avatar showing, but the other player not showing yet. After about 1-2 minutes, it goes to the battlefield and immediately to a draw.
2. Goes to "Waiting for Server", spins for about 1 minute, then fails and says ""Network Error: Unable to submit deck. Please try again later."". After roughly 30 seconds, another popup comes on the screen and says "Connection Issues" and asks me to reconnect or exit.

One of the players gets one or the other. For example, if I experience 1, my friend is experiencing 2. Also, during option 2, when the "Connection issues" popup comes seems to be around the same time that option 1 gets to the Draw screen.

During this same period of time, I have tested and I've had no issues finding matchmaking matches. I really want to play with my friend and I hope you can fix this.

it's still happening. we've tried everything to uninstalling the game, trying out different deck types. nothing seems to work. it's a bummer i can't play with my friends.

All my decks just say invalid with a yellow exclamation, I've went through and checked if there were doubles or banned cards and there was neither. I re imported deck and still nothing looking for a solution soon please

I just received a notification of "Network Error: Unable to submit deck. Please try again later." when trying to do a direct challenge and when trying to challenge a friend. Please help

The VAST majority of my games are vs. friends using Direct Challenge. I realize that some players may not use this feature at all (or very little) but some of us are really hoping this gets fixed soon. Thank you.

This has been going on for months for me and my brother atleast, we have tried all recommendations that we have read about and nothing fixes the issue. Seems like this problem is getting over looked, which sucks because i really enjoy magic but this complicating issue makes it hard for everyone to enjoy the game.

Hard to bring a new person to the game with this bug keeping us from even trying it.

Infuriating that it has been over a month and this problem is still not being acknowledged! WIZARDS FIX THIS RIGHT NOW!!!

my friend and i have been trying to play for weeks and are unable to. Resulting in us playing and spending our money on other card apps in the meantime. Continually getting the "unable to submit deck error".

THIS IS MAKING YOUR GAME UNPLAYABLE!!!!!

Literally cannot reliably play this game anymore. For over a month now personally, and as the comment thread suggests, this enduring problem is stopping many of us from playing and enjoying your game. How can you expect to have a reliable playerbase when you cant even host a reliable game. This bug has now plagued so many would be game nights we tried to play magic and has torpedoed my friends Magic Arena Tournament League. We cannot reliably play direct games and friend games means nothing other than your customers cannot play your game. Nothing should be a higher priority than this.

Brand new user along with my partner. Trying to challenge and play together does not work at all. Constant server failure.

This issue seems to come and go. We've been experiencing this for at least 2 weeks now. Happened again today. Please prioritize patching this.

This issue is intermittent at best for me. Only able to get the feature working once, restarted the game, and bam. The issue persists.

[1335] [Friend Challenge] Client - server data mismatch. Cannot find challenge with Id KYKEHXLUQJGK7OIHRNC2SQRT74 on client side.

Ongoing game breaking bug for over 3 weeks. Unable to play a game with friends. It is absurd that this hasn't set off alarms at WOTC.

Direct matches not working for 2 days. Brawl or 60 card.
