This bug occurs in both Direct Match and Friend Match, it seems to happen randomly and cause is unclear. We do not know how to avoid it.
This bug makes the experience of playing MTGA very bad. It is making difficult to play private matches between close players or group play in a community like private tournament.
Please make quick response to the bug. We want to play the new Ixalan with other friends we met in MTGA.

I have been struggling with this problem for more than 10 days now. I have tested what is causing it on my end and it is possible for new accounts to play against each other (US server) in a friend-to-friend match. It was the Japan Server accounts that could not play against each other. Is this Asian discrimination?

Every player who holds user’s event in MTGA is in trouble with Matching.
Please fix this bug ASAP.

there is always a problem when challenging a friend, we play one game, then the invite doesn't appear to anyone or the game does not start, we have to exit and launch the game again every time

On the PC when trying to play a challenge match with a friend the brawl option doesn't connect properly and prompts the opponent to pick a standard deck. Should allow both players to pick a brawl deck option instead of what is given. Doesn't allow the players to connect to any match without restarting.
There is also only an option for friendly brawl which is a 40 card deck instead of a 60 card deck.
