friend challenges not allowing deck to submit
Every time me or my friend challenges each other it is a 50/50 chance of MTG working. Because, we are given a message that say, "Unable to submit deck" even though the decks were legal and allowed to be used. I have not had any issues with regular play against random players. Only when I challenge or my friend challenges me. I would really appreciate it if this issue can be resolved and addressed quickly.

The issue I'm having is when I go to challenge my friend my decks are coming up as unusable even though they are legal and it only let's me use 3 of my decks

My issue is so weird. I’ve experienced all the previously mentioned issues but now I have a brand spankin’ new problem. Challenge is accepted, but when I go to choose my deck my favorites aren’t at the top. I scroll down to find the deck I want and there’s a hazard sign with a “2” on it (suggesting I have 2 illegal cards in the deck which I DON’T. I’m playing in Historic ffs!). If I try to choose that deck anyway the game will load only to find that I’m playing with a completely different deck.
So, I tried to edit the deck and fix whatever phantom issue there is only to find that when the deck details load it’s showing me one of the starter decks instead. I’m trying to play with my multicolor deck titled “We Are 138” and all of a sudden I’m editing the green “Large and In Charge” deck.

Day four of upvoting every single one of these related threads until WOTC deals with this incredibly annoying issue. It's been going on for at least 3 months now, and doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason as to who it effects and when. This has made our Arena playgroup extremely frustrated, and we'd all hoped the Khans release patch would fix it. Time to get this some more attention.

I'm getting the same error with multiple friends. We can't join a challenge game together, and it only says unable to submit deck or cannot connect. Then it says I've disconnected from the server and have to reconnect

Same. Wanted to get back into this with my friend, but we're completely unable to do challenges. One of us gets the "Unable to submit deck" problem., then a message about disconnecting from the server.
The other player has to wait for a minute until the game loads to a draw (after the player has been disconnected).
Happens on windows nearly 90% of the time. On mobile nearly 90% of the time. Some days, it works. Mostly not.

Getting the same issue right now. Can play regular standard matches, can’t challenge my friend
